Infiltrating hibernoma of thoracic wall

A case of a surgically removed thoracic wall hibernoma in a 58-year-old patient. It reported the tumor infiltrated the intercosteal muscles, which was atypical for a benign neoplasm derived from the brown adipose tissue.
