Figure 6 FAM107A and C8orf4 both showed high expression in normal samples from the GSE13507, GSE37815, and GSE7476 datasets. CTHRC1 showed low expression and HMGCS2 showed high expression in the non-muscle-infiltrating tumor samples, compared with the muscle-infiltrating tumor samples.
