Figure 1 SIRT1 expressions in the Healthy Control group, Stable COPD group, and AECOPD group. The mRNA expression of SIRT1 was markedly lower in the AECOPD group and Stable COPD group in comparison with that in the Control group, while compared with that in the Stable COPD group, SIRT1 activity notably declined in serum of patients in the AECOPD group (P<0.05).
