Figure 2 (A, B) Betulinic acid suppresses PM2.5-mediated inflammatory molecules. The PM2.5-exposed mice were treated with 2-, 5-, and 8-mg/kg doses of betulinic acid. The excised lung tissues were assessed using ELISA kits for LDH, AKP, ALB, and ACP levels after completion of treatment. * P<0.05 and ** P<0.02 vs sham group.
