Figure 6 (A, B) Chrysophanol inhibited the activation of JNK1/2 pathway. After various treatments, rats were sacrificed and myocardial tissues were collected to isolate proteins. The expression levels of protein related the MAPK pathway were determined by western blot. Each experiment was repeated 3 times. Data are expressed as mean±SEM. * p<0.05, ** p<0.01 vs. sham; # p<0.05, ## p<0.01 vs. AHF; $ p<0.05, $$ p<0.01 vs. AHF+CHR.
