Figure 3 Chrysophanol inhibited the myocardial apoptosis in AHF rats. After various treatments, rats were sacrificed and myocardial tissues were obtained. (A) TUNEL staining was performed to evaluate myocardial apoptosis, and TUNEL-positive cells were counted. Scale bar: 100 μm. (B) The expression levels of apoptosis-related proteins were analyzed using western blot. Each experiment was repeated 3 times.
