We quantitatively analyzed levels of (B) ASC, (C) NLRP3, and (D) cleaved caspase-1. (E) The production of interleukin (IL)-1β in the kidney was detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). (F) The production of IL-18 in the kidney was detected with ELISA.
