Figure 3 The receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve analysis of serum amyloid A (SAA) to identify patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The sensitivity of SAA levels for the detection of the activity of SLE was 90.4%, and the specificity was 94.0%, with the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of 0.971(95% CI, 0.926–0.992; p<0.001).
