The OncoPrint provided an overview of CUBN alteration in CRC from the TCGA CRC data. Different colors were used to highlight the different types of genetic alterations. (B) Networks of the neighboring genes of CUBN in CRC. CUBN was the seed gene, and all other genes are automatically identified as altered in CRC. Darker red indicates elevated frequency of alteration in CRC. The blue connection indicates that the first protein controls a reaction that changes the state of the second protein; the red connection suggests that the proteins were members of the same complex.
