Presented here is a case of chondromyxoid syringoma of the skin characterized by biphasic growth. The histological examination revealed a typical pattern with solid nests of malignant myoepithelial cells. Immunohistological examinations confirmed the histogenetical origin of the tumor. Parts of tumors are characterized by proliferation marker studies. Results of this study demonstrated the diversity of biological activity cells from the tumors two components.
